Private Deal Network (privateDN) is a global platform for entrepreneurial investors around their private investment activities. Membership is by invitation only.

In this exclusive environment top private investors build up trustful relationships among their peers on a give-and-take basis. Once a year all members meet at the Private Deal Conference to foster these relationships.

All members of privateDN are experienced and recognized serial entrepreneurs who want to multiply their knowledge and network by investing in high-growth companies.

Membership criteria
* Strong entrepreneurial background
* Annual investment willingness exceeding EUR 100,000
* Invitations of two registered members or formal application

Membership fee
The annual membership fee is EUR 1,000.00, which is creditable against the success fee for investments done on privateDN and b-to-v.

privateDN is an invitation only platform
You can only receive membership on privateDN through

* Invitations by two registered members

Otherwise, applicants may turn their request to registration@privatedn.com with the following:

* Curriculum Vitae to verify the applicant's entrepreneurial background
* Confirmation of individual net worth exceeding EUR 1.0m and income greater than EUR 200,000 in each of the two most recent years (in compliance with SEC Rule 501(a) of SEC Regulation D)

If the review of the documents provided is not sufficient, b-to-v has the right to reject the applicant's request.

Members of privateDN have a two week veto right on every new member.
